By inviting SparkY ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its web dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and stop using the dashboard.
SparkY is an AI-assisted support bot for Discord. It answers questions in designated support channels using documentation provided by each server, can look up channel content, verify giveaway winners, and post close confirmations. Server owners choose which features are enabled.
Server owners and administrators are fully responsible for: the documentation and configuration they provide; the responses the AI generates in their server; the actions taken with owner-provided API keys; and compliance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any applicable laws in the communities they run.
Responses generated by the Bot may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Bot is not a substitute for human staff, and no critical decision (payments, moderation, bans) should rely solely on its output. Nothing the Bot says constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
You agree not to use the Bot or dashboard to: break Discord's rules or any applicable law; harass, defraud, or scam users; distribute malware; attempt to extract, abuse, or resell the Service or its infrastructure; or probe or attack the dashboard or its API endpoints.
Servers may bring their own AI provider keys (e.g. OpenRouter). Keys are stored encrypted and used only to serve that server. You are responsible for the usage and costs generated by your own keys.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, for any server, without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, Robux or in-game currency disputes, payment disputes between users or hosts, or moderation actions taken based on Bot output.
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot. We may refuse or terminate access to the dashboard or Bot for any server that violates these Terms or abuses the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be raised in a support ticket in a server where the Bot operates, or via the Discord application that hosts this dashboard.
